Riello UPS has unveiled the Sentinel Pro2 (SP2) – a new generation of compact, high-efficiency online uninterruptible power supplies designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s critical applications.
Replacing the popular Sentinel Pro (SEP) range, the Sentinel Pro2 has been completely redesigned to deliver enhanced performance, improved usability, and a more compact footprint. It is ideally suited for protecting servers, IT infrastructure, data processing systems, and telecoms applications, particularly in environments where space and efficiency are key considerations.
Flexible Power for Critical Loads
The single-phase Sentinel Pro2 is available in five power ratings – 700, 1000, 1500, 2200, and 3000 VA – offering flexibility across a wide range of installations. With a unity power factor (pf = 1), the SP2 enables full use of real available power, helping to maximise efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Smart, User-Focused Design
The SP2 features an innovative front panel that optimises ventilation while reducing operational noise, making it ideal for space-restricted or noise-sensitive environments. A front LCD display provides clear visibility of key data such as input and output voltage and battery levels, while a new LED status bar delivers real-time insight into the UPS’s operating status.
Enhanced Control and Runtime
Two dedicated EnergyShare sockets enable smart load shedding, ensuring your most critical equipment remains protected during power interruptions. For applications requiring extended backup times, Extended Runtime versions are available on the 2200 VA and 3000 VA models.
Long-Term Peace of Mind
All Sentinel Pro2 units up to and including 3 kVA are supplied with a 5-year extended warranty as standard, reinforcing Riello’s commitment to reliability and long-term performance.
The Riello Sentinel Pro2 will be available to order from February, offering a powerful, compact, and intelligent solution for modern power protection requirements.
