Credit Control & Operational Support
Uninterrupted Power Solutions Ltd has a fantastic opportunity to join our Credit Control and operational support team.
We are looking for a versatile candidate to serve as the backbone of our core teams, someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organised, efficient, and running like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
Credit Control Responsibilities

Debt Management: Proactively chasing overdue invoices via telephone and email to ensure timely payments

Credit Assessment: Evaluating the creditworthiness of new customers and setting appropriate credit limits

Dispute Resolution: Working with customers and internal teams to resolve billing queries

Reporting: Maintaining the Aged Debt report and providing regular updates to the Finance Manager

Payment Allocation: Accurately recording and reconciling incoming payments
Operational & Cross-Team Support

Sales Support: Assisting with new customer account setup and ensuring contract data is accurate

Marketing Admin: Supporting database management and tracking lead generation activity

Operational Coordination: Helping with scheduling, project tracking, and logistics documentation

Process Improvement: Spotting bottlenecks and suggesting smarter ways of working

General Admin: Providing ad-hoc support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
